Empire Deepwater LLC

Empire Deepwater LLC acquired the British Borneo and Hickory Systems effective December 1, 2016. The Empire Deepwater System consists of two segments of pipeline. The first segment is a twelve inch (12”) crude oil pipeline approximately 33 miles in length originating on the Grand Isle Block 115A Platform, and terminating at a subsea tie-in into the Amberjack 24” Pipeline in South Timbalier Block 162. The second segment is an eight inch (8”) pipeline approximately 1 mile in length originating on the Grand Isle Block 116A Platform, and terminating at a subsea tie-in into the foregoing 12” pipeline in Grand Isle Block 110.
